Tangle/Snare

Basicly it's a targeted or targeted area effect spell.

Anything movable, rope, vines, cable, foilage, wire, blankets, rugs, ex... will engulf the target/area and ensnare the target or objects inside target area until the spell is dropped.

At most is will capture the target and choke them to death.
At least it will slow them down or keep them occupied cutting tendrils of foilage.
